Danielle Carchidi
Biography
Danielle has been a part of the AFS community since 2005, originally working at the AFS Summer Camp, and began teaching in 2011.
Danielle’s favorite part about working in the AFS community: “It feels like home!”
What Danielle finds most meaningful in her profession: “The spark that each student gets on their face when they just solved something that was challenging. The ear-to-ear smile that appears on their face is what I strive to have each of my students experience and the feeling of “OMG! I DID IT!” is why I became a teacher.”
Fun fact about Danielle: “I have been wearing glasses since I was 2 years old.”
