Mal Goss
Biography
Mal has been a part of the AFS community since 2021. She has taught English at both the college and high school level for 15 years. She taught 11th grade English and was the Assistant Director of College Counseling at The Field School (Washington, DC), followed by a stint teaching 9th and 10th grade English at Noble and Greenough School (Dedham, MA). Most recently she spent 7 years teaching 11th and 12th grade English and being the Associate Director of College Counseling at Lakeside School (Seattle, WA).
What Mal finds most meaningful in her profession: “I love working with students in the college process because it’s often the first time they get to be the driver of what their future can look like.”
