Rehearsals are continuing daily for the Upper School spring musical, “Pippin,” the story of a young prince looking for meaning in life. Earlier this year, the cast traveled to the Philadelphia School of Circus Arts to practice walking on stilts, juggling, riding unicycles and other circus tricks. But more important, the actors were getting a sense of what it felt like to be a traveling troupe of gypsies. A traveling troupe plays a big role in the musical that will be staged at AFS on April 14, 15 and 16. Watch this fun video of AFS actors practicing circus arts.
